Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the second step when ordering, you will see the total price including all fees and VAT.
Card payment via PayPal (VISA, MASTERCARD, and most other payment cards), Debit of your payment card takes place directly. Swish is an approved payment alternative for Swedish bank customers. The sum is sent to the Swish app directly at the final stage for approval.
Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A applies pre-booking of pitches for motorhomes, these can be booked via the booking function on the website, check-in takes place no earlier than 12:00 on the day of arrival, check-out takes place no later than 12:00. The sites are equipped with electricity, the cost of using it is included in the rent. In addition, the shower and toilet can be used in the service building free of charge. Payment is made in advance
AGE LIMIT FOR BOOKING
To enter into a book, you must be at least 18 years old. You may be asked to show identification when checking our staff.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
For cancellation or rebooking, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the day before arrival, enter name, date, registration number & booking number. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your account within a few working days.
DEPARTURE EARLIER THAN PLANNED
If you choose to leave earlier than planned, no money will be refunded unless otherwise agreed with us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal according to the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises is exempt from agreements on accommodation, accommodation or leisure activities and thus you can not cancel a contract for renting accommodation (room, cottage or pitch for tent, caravan and motorhome).
FRÖSEKE BYGGNADSFÖRENING U.P.A’S RESPONSIBILITY
Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A is not responsible for damage that has occurred to you by an outsider or other guest, nor damage that was beyond Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A’s control.
COMPLAINTS / COMPLAINTS
If our motorhome pitches do not meet the promised condition, we want you to report it within 24 hours of arrival, so we have an opportunity to correct it. Errors that have occurred during the stay, we want you to report as soon as possible.
RULES OF PROCEDURE
Show consideration for others staying in the area. Disturbing guests can be evicted immediately without compensation.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current personal data legislation. Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A, org no. 729500-1312, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you register. Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A will process your personal data for the purpose of administering booking and payment, as well as to send information that you request.
The personal information is not passed on for marketing purposes by Fröseke Byggnadsförening U.P.A
Your personal information is stored for 12 months after the booking is completed.
You have the right, once a year free of charge, to request in writing to be informed of which information has been registered, where the information has been obtained and to receive information about any recipients to whom the information has been disclosed. You have the right to request correction of any changed or incorrect information at any time.
